Cement Girders Placed
On Sunday two Pennsylvania Railroad wrecking crews lifted the heavy cement girders over the Mill Creek railroad bridge, west of town, thus completing the erection of the new bridge which has been in course of construction for some time. Passengers were conveyed by taxi from the depot to a point west of the bridge. This is the second bridge that the Ligonier Valley railroad company has erected the past summer and they are both splendid structures and present a fine appearance.
