The grade crossing on the Lincoln highway over the Ligonier Valley Railroad about four miles west of Ligonier, Westmoreland county, has been ordered eliminated, on complaint of the State Highway Department against the railroad company, Westmoreland county, Ligonier township and the Latrobe Water Company, the Public Service Commission announced today. The work is estimated to cost approximately $159,000 and will necessitate the relocation of the highway about 3,200 feet south of the present crossing.
