New Trial Refused
In Chas. H. Kuhn Case Vs. Ligonier Valley R.R. Co.
At a session of Court held Monday in Greensburg the motion for a new trial asked by counsel of the Ligonier Valley Railroad Company against C. H. Kuhn of Ligonier as plaintiff and who was awarded a verdict of $15,000 for injuries received in Wilpen wreck July 5, 1912, Judge A. D. McConnell after hearing arguments of counsel and taking the matter into consideration refused a new trial and ordered that judgement be entered in accordance with the finding of the jury.
