Several Realty Sales In Ligonier Borough
E. C. Ramsey, who recently purchased the Senft real estate on corner of Church and Fairfield streets, six lots in all, from the heirs of Geo. Senft, deceased, has sold his entire purchase. S. S. Brownfield, superintendent of the Ramsey Coal Co., secured the corner lot on which stands the brick house which was formerly the old Ligonier seminary. It was remodeled into a dwelling house and occupied first by Howard Covode and family and later by Geo. Senft and family. The two adjoining lots and the remaining three lots have been sold to Harry Fry, George Bates and George Alexander, respectively, and residences will likely be erected in the near future.
