Three Cent Railroad Fare
The fare on all American railroads is now 3 cents a mile as ordered by Director General McAdoo, having become operative Sunday night at midnight. The fare on the L.V.R.R. from Ligonier to Latrobe is now 30 cents and if you buy a round trip ticket it costs 65 cents as you then pay 5 cents war tax.
