Kuhn Verdict Reversed
Philadelphia, April 22. Supreme Court decisions rendered today include the following from Westmoreland county: Kuhn vs. Ligonier Valley Railroad Co. (C. P. Westmoreland) reversed. The award for damages in the 1912 wreck was $14,000 in May Term, 1917, which is the case the decision of the Supreme Court has reference to.
