Papers in Kuhn Case Received
The papers in the suit of Conductor Charles H. Kuhn vs. the L. V. R. R. came to Greensburg, yesterday, from the Supreme Court, the order directing a new trial being included.
In its decision the Supreme Court reverses the case on the ground that the trial court did not affirm, unqualifiedly, the defendants first point, the decision reading thus: An unqualified affirmance of defendants first point, which ought to have been given, would have saved the jury from what might have been confusion.
There was no reference in the Supreme Courts finding to the amount of the verdict.
