Kuhn Case Again Reversed
As announced in a dispatch from Philadelphia, printed in yesterdays Bulletin, the Supreme Court has reversed the Westmoreland county court in the case of former Conductor C. H. Kuhn against the Ligonier Valley Railroad Company. In this case the jury had awarded Mr. Kuhn damages to the amount of $14,000. The action of the Supreme Court, yesterday, constituted the second reversal in the case. The first time, Mr. Kuhn was awarded a verdict of $10,000.
