Victim of Ligonier Wreck Gets $10,000
Greensburg, Pa., Feb. 24. A jury in the case of Charles H. Kuhn of Ligonier against the Ligonier Valley Railroad Company for injuries suffered in the wreck on that road July 5, 1912, returned a verdict this morning giving Kuhn damages of $10,000. It was testified that the conductor of the train had been drinking on the day of the wreck. With the exception of two other cases which came to trial the numerous claims growing out of the wreck were settled out of court.
