New Round House For Ligonier
A new and modern round-house, properly equipped, will be built in the near future in Ligonier by the L.V.R.R. Co. The building will stand on the north side of Main street nearly opposite the passenger station and will be in harmony with the other splendid building and equipments of the road and the progressive ideas of the Mellons who are owner of the railroad.
The architect and a number of railroad men and others were out last Wednesday from
Pittsburgh locating the round-house, as work of excavation and other preparations will soon begin and it is expected that it will be completed in the near future.
The extending of industries in Ligonier Valley fully justified this additional improvement to the railroad facilities of Ligonier Valley.
