$4,000 Given In The Andrews Suit Against Ligonier Valley R.R.
Twenty-five hundred dollars to Bernetta Andrews and $1,500 to the father, John Andrews, formerly of Ligonier, now of Brookline, constituted the findings of the jury in the damage suits instituted against the Ligonier Valley Railroad Company for injuries sustained by the little girl in the Wilpen wreck in 1912. The jury reached its decision early last evening. The railroad company admitted liability, the only question argued being as to the amount of damages that should be allowed.
