Broken Wire Caused Delay of Ligonier Train
The 7:30 Ligonier train on the L.V.R.R. was delayed, this morning, making a close shave for those who wished to catch the 7:35 train west. The cause of the delay was a broken wire which controlled the switch from the L.V.R.R. to the Pennsy tracks, and which was set so as to turn the train over on the main line. As the train west was due, nearly all the passengers crossed the tracks to the westbound platform just in time to make it.
