Damage Suits Are Continued
The four suits for damages entered against the Ligonier Valley Railroad Company following the fatal wreck on the Wilpen Branch were scheduled for hearing, yesterday, but all of them were continued until the next term of court. The plaintiffs in the suits are Alice Mae Ritenour et al.; Myrtle Ankney; Dr. J. B. Johnson; and W. Miles Tosh et al.
