Another Suit Filed Against L.V.R.R. Because of Wreck
Claiming that their son, Vincenzo Pedulla, one of the victims of the Wilpen wreck, came to his death through the careless and negligent manner in which the Ligonier Valley Railroad Company is alleged to have operated its road at the time, Salvatore and Maria M. Pedulla, of the district of Gerace Superiore, Italy, have begun suit against the company seeking to recover damages in the sum of $10,000.
According to their statement of claim, Vincenzo was unmarried, thus leaving them as his heirs-at-law.
They assert that he was earning $100 a month and that he contributed as much as $600 a year toward the support of his parents.
Lightcap and Warden, together with C. E. Heller, are the attorneys for the plaintiffs.
