Suit For Big Damages
Alice Ritenour By Her Father Asks $35,000 From L.V.R.R. Co.
A suit for $35,000, growing out of the wreck of July 5, 1912, on the Wilpen branch, was filed against the Ligonier Valley Railroad last Wednesday. The suit was brought by Alice May Ritenour, by Joseph K. Ritenour, her father. The girl asks $30,000 damages from the railroad company for injuries she suffered in the wreck. The father also wants $5,000 for the expense he was put to by reason of his daughter's injuries. Eicher and Eicher are the attorney for the plaintiffs.
