Attended Court Yesterday
In order to settle the claim against the L.V.R.R. Co. by the heirs of F. F. McConnaughey who was killed in the wreck July 5, 1912, the following people went to Greensburg yesterday to give testimony as the matter has to be passed upon by Orphans' Court: Dr. E. E. McAdoo, Dr. J. T. Ambrose, Mr. Hyland, Mrs. C. F. Marker, Mrs. John H. McDowell, Misses Ethel and Marian McConnaughey and Robert D. McConnaughey.
