New L.V.R.R. Engine
A new and modern freight locomotive is being built for use on the L.V.R.R., in the hauling of Ligonier valley coal, at the Baldwin Locomotive works, Philadelphia. The engine which is to weigh 175,000 pounds is expected to arrive about the first of June. The will be quite an assistant to this road in its increasing freight traffic.
