New Station On The L.V.R.R.
Tallman station will be a new stop on the Ligonier Valley Railroad extension as a result of a visit to Greensburg last Thursday of John Tallman, an octogenarian who has a large farm near Wilpen. He had just concluded a grant of right of way through his farm to General Manager George Senft. The L.V. people will push their extension up the valley to Tallman, the opening of this new section calling for increased railroad facilities.
