Taking Up Right Aways
E. G. Nicely, Jr., is now engaged in taking up the coal right aways from near Ligonier down to Bolivar along the proposed line of the Westmoreland Central railroad for the Seger Coal & Coke Co. This is a good opportunity for the farmers in this section of the valley to secure a railroad and sell their coal land, and they should assist in the project all that they can that they may secure an outlet for their products.
