Have Bought Coal
Seger Bros., John Seger and Samuel Seger, last week by deed secured 53,055 acres of coal from Henry Kuhns, of Ligonier township, with mining privileges. The price paid was $200 per acre or $10,611. This coal belongs to the Pittsburgh vein and is one of the best bodies of coal in Ligonier valley and will be easily mined by drifting from either the north or the east side. From either place a railroad can be run to the mines.
