New Railroad for Bolivar
The Westmoreland Central Railroad company with a capital of $150,000 has been chartered to build a line from Bolivar to Ligonier, 15 miles in length. The Seger Coal & Coke company is supposed to control the road which is intended for form an outlet for several thousand acres of timber and coal now inaccessible.
