Threw Bolt At Train
Some vicious scoundrel threw an iron bolt about eight inches long at the passing coach on the Ligonier Valley railroad last Thursday evening. The bolt was thrown from an embankment near Baker's station. It struck the side of the window sash and whirled around and crashed through the glass of the car window striking Samuel Howard on the side and fell to the floor. The glass was scattered all about the car. Fortunately no one was sitting in the seat at this window so no one was hurt.
