Land Slide
A land slide occurred along the line of the Ligonier Valley railroad last Wednesday morning just west of Baker's Station. The track of the railroad was covered up with several tons of ground and rocks which had slid down the night previous. A. L. Keltz, of McCance, had a gang of men at work clearing away the obstruction when the morning train on the L.V.R.R. arrived. The train was delayed a short time until the road was cleared. No damage was done to the road bed.
