Will Soon Be No More
Clifford House Looks as Though It Had Been in a Wreck
In a few days the old Clifford house will be no more. Already it has an unstable look about it, and in a week or more all that will be left of it will be the remembranc3es in the minds of Latrobe people of the good dinners Host Mahaney used to serve up to them within its hospitable walls.
A gang of 12 or 15 men started to tear down the building this morning and already all the floors, windows and door frames have been removed. Work will be started on the walls in a day or two.
