Oliver & Snyder
The Oliver & Snyder company, of Pittsburg, who optioned several thousand acres of coal in Ligonier valley some weeks ago, notified the owners to have their deeds ready by yesterday, as they intend to take the land. The aggregate of the sales will be in the neighborhood of $150,000. The company it is said intends to develop the coal at once, and in order to do so will have to build a railroad which will intersect the P.R.R. at or near Bolivar.
