Railroad Visitors
The following persons came over the L.V.R.R. to this place in a special car last Saturday and spent some time in looking about over town: Robt. Pitcairn, Supt Pittsburg Div., P.R.R.; C. A. Chipley, freight agt.; A. W. Mellon, of the L.V.R.R.; H. C. Frick, coke operator; G. Aurtson, manager of Latrobe steel works; Geo. Huff, of Greensburg, and Geo. Senft, Supt., LV.R.R. We learn that some of these visiting gentlemen were not favorably impressed with the condition of our streets, and especially of the diamond.
