Ligonier Realty Still Being Sold
Ligonier real estate seems to be booming as quite a number of sales have recently been made at what a considered very good prices. The latest along this line were several sales the past few days, mostly on Main street. J. F. McKelvey recently sold his residence near the L.V.R.R. station to the L.V.R.R. Co., and he has since purchased the Rhay property on West Main street formerly occupied by W. V. Hyland and family before they moved into their present residence on Fairfield street. Mr. McKelvey has deed for the Rhay property in his possession and will move into the Rhay house in short order.
