Passenger Train Not Running
The P. W. & S. Railroad Has Suspended Passenger Train
Since last Friday the passenger train on the P. W. & S. R. R. has not been running between Ligonier and Somerset and owning to the condition of the road bed will not run again until further notice. It is stated that the freight traffic will be taken care of as heretofore. There has been considerable talk about the road changing ownership and the putting on of a motor train which would improve the passenger service considerable and would cost far less to operate. We hope some arrangement will be made to improve and continue the operation of the road.
