C. H. Kuhn Case Against L.V.R.R. Co.
We are informed that the suit of Chas. H. Kuhn vs. the L.V.R.R. Co. for damages sustained at the wreck in the Wilpen branch of the road on July 5, 1912, in which he was conductor on the ill-fated passenger train that crashed into an on-coming freight train causing the death of 23 persons and the injury of about 30 others, and in which he received severe injury, will come up in court at Greensburg Monday of next week for trial, having been postponed on account of trial of Water Commission case now going on at Greensburg. A large number of witnesses have been subpoenaed.
