Latrobe Crossing
In a "get-together" meeting, Mr. W. V. Hyland, general manager of the L.V.R.R., and a number of the Latrobe borough officials threshed out the "crossing situation" last Thursday evening. The conference was held right on the ground, and it proved to be of a character affording hope for some relief from the dangerous conditions now prevailing. Mr. Hyland said right at the start that the company was ready to meet Latrobe half way on any proposition, and he declared that he would be found ready to do everything within his power to lessen the danger which he said he well knew existed.
