Ankney Case Not Settled
It is declared that the suit instituted by the widow of the late John Ankney, of Ligonier, against the L.V.R.R., for damages, because of the death of her husband in the Wilpen wreck, has not been settled as had been reported. The case has been continued until the next term of court.
