More Suits Against L.V.R.R. As Result of Wilpen Wreck

Dr. C. A. Hamill, of Ligonier, asks for $50,000 damages from the Ligonier Valley Railroad Company in a suit in trespass files, yesterday, by Attorney Rody P. Marshall in Common Pleas Court, Allegheny County. Dr. Hamill was injured in the wreck near Wilpen, Pa., July 5, 1912, when two trains met in a headon collision. The plaintiff states that because of the injuries received in the wreck he is rendered a cripple for life.

Damages of $10,000 are demanded by Bessie Hoon and Edward Hoon, her father, against the railroad for injuries to the girl in the same wreck. She was injured about the back, spine, legs and eyes, it is stated.
