Picnic Trains Not To Stop Here
Latrobe residents attending picnics at Idlewild are cautioned against riding on the Pennsylvania specials, inasmuch as switches have just been installed making it possible for the trains on the mainline to go through without stopping at the local station or at the local "Y," and thus rendering it impossible for local passengers to get off without great danger to themselves. Hereafter, the engines on the trains are to be changed, to the south of St. Clair Street, it is said, making it altogether unnecessary for the trains to stop, either on the "Y" or at the station.
