Latrobe Gets The Bummer But Looses Fast Train To City In The Morning

Latrobe is to get the "Bummer," at night, but it is to loose No. 37, the fast west-bound train now stopping here at 7:50 a.m.

These facts were learned today, when advance information concerning the new schedule which is to become effective on the 28th inst., was given out.

The Bummer," technically known as No. 296, will run on through from Greensburg to Derry, stopping here at 1:10 a.m. Early in the morning it will run light to Intersection, and turning there it will be given a place on the west-bound schedule as No. 285. It will reach Latrobe at 7:30 a.m. and will arrive in Pittsburgh at 8:65 a.m.

It will serve in place of No. 37, which will not be given a stop at the local station.

The probability is that the morning train over the L.V.R.R. will be advanced, in order to make connections with No. 285.
