Hand Car Used
As Result of Wreck, Passengers Ride on Jigger.

Latrobe, Pa., March 25. Passengers on the Pittsburg, Westmoreland & Somerset railroad had narrow escapes this morning when a train was wrecked at Gillette. The engine was ditched and the track was torn up for 100 feet. It was impossible to get the train back, so the passengers, who had escaped with a severe shaking up, were taken to Somerset, eight miles away on a hand car.
