Mix-Up and Wreck
Occurred at Latrobe last Thursday Injuring Ligonier Engine
A considerable wreck and mix-up occurred at Latrobe station last Thursday evening.
The Whitney train was being switched over on the L.V.R.R. tracks when an east bound freight on the P.R.R. sideswiped the Whitney car hurling it off the track and bumping it against the L.V.R.R. engine. The Whitney car was smashed and the tank of L.V. engine was punctured. Fortunately no one was injured.
