Grading Finished
John Harmann, the contractor of Latrobe, has finished the contract of grading the Ligonier Valley railroad extension from Ligonier to Wilpen, the new plant of the Shenango Furnace Co. on the Lytle farm, and the ties and rails have been placed and trains are running out every day. The people of that section feel that they are now in the midst of a great coal and coke industry.
