It is rumored that the beautiful picnic grounds at Idlewild will be deserted next year by the Ligonier Valley R.R. Company, as the owner of the grounds will neither sell nor lease. Kissell Springs near Waterford north of Ligonier is spoken of as a suitable location for a park and if that point is chosen the L.V.R.R. will probably be extended to it from Ligonier.
