On Duty Again
The No. 4 locomotive of the Ligonier Valley Railroad, which, it will be remembered, was badly wrecked some time ago in the ridge, is again doing service on that road. Shortly after the wreck the locomotive was taken to the Pennsylvania Railroad shops, at Altoona, and practically rebuilt. Several new improvements were added to the engine, among them a driver brake, which is very necessary on account of the kind of work the locomotive is called upon to do. It was received from Altoona Sunday last and was immediately put to work.
