New Stone Company
"The Ligonier Block and Stone Company, Limited," had its articles of association filed on Saturday. The capital stock is $15,000, and is held as follows: Wm. B. Sterrett, $2,500; W. H. Denniston, $2,500; Samuel Hamilton, $2,500; J. W. Watt, $2,500; James E. Watt, $2,500; B. F. Jones, $1,250; James W. Walker, $1,250. The object of the corporation is the cutting of paving stone in Westmoreland county and shipping the same for the purpose designated.
