The Camp Meeting
The Free Methodist Camp meeting which commended on the 28th ult., at Idlewild, is still going on and will continue until the 8th inst. On Sunday last the attendance was very large. A special train from the Southwest road arrived at Latrobe at about 9:30 A. M. and the passengers were taken to Idlewild by the L.V.R.R. trains. Two long passenger trains ran every hour or so between Latrobe and Idlewild, while the new steam motor with an open car attached performed the same service between Idlewild and Ligonier. The crowd in attendance at camp was estimated up in the thousands and the best of order prevailed throughout the entire day. Should the weather be fair next Sunday, we predict the attendance will be much greater than it was last Sunday.
