The Board of Directors of the Ligonier Valley R.R. Company has empowered the undersigned to make permanent contracts for rates of transportation with any party opening coal or coke works or iron ore or fire clay mines, or constructing furnaces or iron works in the valley, and to do so at such rates and terms as shall put them on equal footing at Latrobe with parties in the same line of business on the Southwest Branch, or any other branch of the P.R.R.
